Regularly in this space, I will offer a writing prompt for my dear readers to take on if you choose. It will always have something to do with how we catch what life throws at us, good or bad. Maybe it will inspire a few moments of thought the next time you are on hold, or a few sentences in a journal, or a longer piece for you to share with others. See if it speaks to you.
